We are delighted to announce that Neil Emslie has been appointed our new Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO).
Neil will be a well-known face to many fans having supported the club for over 40 years and been an active volunteer in hundreds of fundraising activities as well as doing his time selling programmes and 50/50 tickets on matchdays.
Neil is keen to represent the views of all fan groups and has established an Advisory Board consisting of
- Jim Thomson jr: representing the Stirling Albion Foundation
- Alexandra Frew: representing the club’s minority shareholders
- Michael McGregor: representing the Stirling Albion Supporters Club
- Lara Clydesdale: representing our disabled supporters
- Matthew Burrows: representing our younger supporters
You can get in touch with Neil by email (slo@stirlingalbionfc.co.uk) if you have any questions or issues you want to raise. You can also find him around the stadium on matchdays – his season ticket seat is G40.
Neil said, on his appointment, “I am delighted to accept this role and look forward to working alongside the advisory board to strengthen the links between the club and its support”
The SLO role is an important one as it helps ensure that fans’ views and concerns are relayed to the board and seeks to foster positive relations and two-way dialogue.
We’re sure that Neil will be a fantastic asset for the club and look forward to working with him.
