Stirling Albion is delighted to announce the signing of 21-year-old centre-back, Sam Denham.

Sam began his career at Celtic before moving to St Johnstone in July 2019. During his tenure at St Johnstone, he was loaned out to several clubs, including BSC Glasgow, Edinburgh City, Brechin City, and Cowdenbeath.

Sam then moved on to East Fife, signing a one-year deal with the club for the 2022-23 season. During his time with The Fifers, he made a notable impact, appearing 41 times for the club in League Two and scoring 2 goals.

Manager Alan Maybury commented on the new signing, saying: “I’ve worked with Sam previously at St Johnstone and he has all the attributes to be a very good centre back.

He had an unfortunate injury which has slowed his progress and we are delighted to be able to get him and we will be an asset for the club.”
